Compass Puerto Rico

For a while now I’ve been thinking about making a logo to represent this blog.  Since I have future plans to make this blog into a webpage, I decided to spend a few hours in photoshop. And after a few cuts, brushes and dodges, I came up with this logo.  It will be used from now on on all the pictures and everything related to this blog.  I haven’t explained why I named the blog Compass Puerto Rico yet, so here it goes.  This idea first started because I felt the need to show people, from Puerto Rico and other countries, places in our beautiful island that I’m sure they have not heard about.  Places, that I’m sure that they will want to go and see, the next time they come to visit.  In other words create an adventure for the tourists that look up new places to discover in Puerto Rico.  Throughout history a Compass has been one of the most useful and necessary items when it comes to exploration and adventure.  A compass will show you the way to travel when you are looking for a particular place, but don’t now where it is.  So I decided that I would use this blog, and hopefully the webpage, as an instrument for people to find new places, that they probably didn’t even knew existed, to explore and discover.
